Leases run for one full year but can be customized based on individual needs. Lease
pricing is given as pre paid yearly lease. Generally, a monthly rate is available - the 1st and last month's rent is required
along with any lift deposit. Some DAY and MONTHLY rentals are available - especially on holiday weekends.
Individual
pumpout service is available for an additional fee. Please ask the leasing agent for details.
Cable TV or SAT is
available and is the responsibility of the leasee to obtain from separate suppliers.
Some wet slips have the capability
to have phone service. The leasee is responsible for obtaining their own service.
Slips with boat lifts are leased
with additional fees charged for the boat lift usage. The lease fee for the boat lift is based on the capacity of the boat
lift.
Leasee is NOT charged for overhang of boats from the wet slip as may be done by competitors. Please see leasing
agent for details of allowed overhang. Allowed overhang is based on wet slip size and dock specification.
Leasee
is responsible for obtaining their own insurance and must provide proof of insurance.
The Marina store may offer
discounts from time to time for marina slip owner and leasee. Leasee should contact Marina store for details of any discounts.
